Transforming Habits

Much of what we do in our everyday lives, we do unconsciously. It’s our habitual patterns, which influence our posture, the way we move and the way we feel.

Habits help us save energy and allow us to pay attention to different things. But over time, some of our habits, which at some point were important strategies and were useful to us, can become restrictive and limiting, causing unnecessary pain or tension.

In the Transforming Habits workshop, we will show the body new, healthier and more comfortable ways to organize movements, making room for change. We cannot simply eliminate a habit, but we can transform it by showing the body new, more pleasant and efficient options.
