Learning to Relax
Being relaxed is our natural state. Therefore, relaxing is not something we can do, but something we can let happen, releasing our body from unnecessary tension.
In the Learning to Relax workshop, through smooth, effortless movement, we’ll explore how to activate the parassimpathetic nervous system, the part of the nervous system responsible for the relaxation response.
Let’s create the environment and the time necessary for us to be able to observe our movements and feel how we move. Thus, we will start to use the body as a vehicle to raise our consciousness and we will create the conditions to navigate our internal world with calm and tranquility and our external world with more confidence.
This workshop will teach you how to relax deeply and you will also learn new tools that will help you to expand this relaxation into your everyday life.
