Presentation Biostretch
Biostretch is about bringing awareness to our movements. As we do different exercises slowly, smoothly and effortlessly, we bring our attention to the sensations we perceive in our body.
It may seem trivial, but the more we observe the body, the more we realize that a lot happens even in small and simple movements. We are gradually discovering how the body works cooperatively, involving, often very subtly, different parts, always with the aim of making our movement easier and more efficient.
When you practice Biostretch, you are learning something new. Your body loves receiving attention and discovering new ways to move that bring a sense of relaxation.
When you bring awareness, you are owning the body and bringing presence. And when you begin to expand this awareness into your everyday life, with it comes a tremendous sense of well-being and centeredness.
