Groups

For group classes, there are 5 workshops that address different aspects of body functioning, in the search for a better quality of life:

A Better Posture
Learning to Relax
Breathing, Stretching and Meditating
Transforming Habits
Daily Movements to Prevent Stress

Workshops can take place in different formats:

Three days –  six hours duration, 3 sessions of 2 hours

Participants immerse themselves in a work of recognizing their patterns and habits, starting to use the tools available to create better movement options in the body. During the workshop period, they can schedule an appointment with Safia, to ask questions and consult on specific solutions for their individual needs.

Five days –  10 hours duration, 5 sessions of 2 hours

Participants experience a powerful immersion in a work of self-awareness, learning how to move in a more conscious, efficient and pleasurable way. They learn sequences of exercises that make it possible to continue practicing at home.
