During the workshop period, they can schedule an appointment with Safia, to ask questions and consult on specific solutions for their individual needs.<\/p>\n<p>Five days &#8211;\u00a0 10 hours duration, 5 sessions of 2 hours<\/p>\n<p>Participants experience a powerful immersion in a work of self-awareness, learning how to move in a more conscious, efficient and pleasurable way.
